1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GameStock ("GameStock," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GameStock website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), including the purchase of digital video game access, keys, licenses, and our virtual in-platform currency known as "GameStock Coin" (or "Gamestock," referred to herein as the "Virtual Currency").

By accessing, browsing, creating an account with, or making a purchase through the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases. If you are under this age, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

To access certain features of the Service, including making purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Notify us immediately at oliviaressells@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. GameStock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Digital Products & Game Access

GameStock sells access to digital video game products, including but not limited to game keys, licenses, downloadable content, and platform activation codes ("Digital Products").

  • All Digital Products are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of the applicable game publisher or platform (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo).
  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party platform terms required to activate or use a Digital Product.
  • GameStock is not the publisher or developer of any third-party game and is not responsible for game performance, updates, server availability, or content once access is granted.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Digital Products are final once a key, code, or access credential has been delivered or revealed, except as required by law or as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. GameStock Coin (Virtual Currency)

GameStock offers a virtual, platform-specific currency known as "GameStock Coin" or "Gamestock" ("Virtual Currency") that may be purchased with real currency and used to acquire Digital Products or other features within the Service.

  • No monetary value. Virtual Currency has no cash value, is not redeemable for real currency, and cannot be transferred, sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged outside the Service, except where we expressly permit it.
  • License, not property. Virtual Currency represents a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use platform features. You do not own the Virtual Currency; GameStock retains all right, title, and interest in it.
  • No refunds. Except as required by applicable law or our Return and Refund Policy, purchases of Virtual Currency are non-refundable once completed.
  • Balance changes. GameStock reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency at any time, including adjusting balances, without liability to you, in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
  • Termination. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you forfeit any remaining Virtual Currency balance without compensation.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods supported by the Service.
  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • All sales are final. At our sole discretion, GameStock may issue a partial refund of up to 30% of the purchase price for eligible requests, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
  • GameStock reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or abuse and to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Digital Products or Virtual Currency without authorization
  • Use bots, scripts, exploits, or automated means to purchase, farm, or manipulate Virtual Currency or Digital Products
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service's security or functionality
  • Engage in chargeback fraud or falsely dispute legitimate transactions
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms in connection with your use of the Service

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of Virtual Currency, and pursuit of legal remedies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise harmful to GameStock or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any unused Virtual Currency or undelivered Digital Products may be forfeited, at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GameStock does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility of Digital Products with your device or account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameStock's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GameStock in the 3 months preceding the claim. GameStock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GameStock regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
