1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from GameStock ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your area) to use this Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login secure, and for all activity on your account. Notify us at oliviaressells@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Digital Products

We sell digital video game keys, licenses, and access codes ("Digital Products"). These are licensed for personal use, subject to the relevant platform's terms (Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.). GameStock isn't the publisher of any game and isn't responsible for game performance or third-party platform issues.

⚠️ Important: Your code will expire 5 minutes after purchase. You must reveal, copy, and redeem your code immediately at checkout. GameStock is not responsible for expired or unclaimed codes due to delayed redemption on your part.

4. GameStock Coin (Virtual Currency)

GameStock Coin has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money outside the Service. It's a revocable license, not property, and purchases are non-refundable except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy. We may adjust or remove balances in cases of fraud or Terms violations.

5. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final. At our discretion, we may issue a partial refund (up to 30%) per our Return and Refund Policy. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No fraud, stolen payment methods, unauthorized reselling, bots/scripts to farm currency or codes, chargeback abuse, or violating platform terms. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of Virtual Currency.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, with forfeiture of unused Virtual Currency or unredeemed (non-expired) Digital Products at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is," with no warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
