All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of the products sold by GameStock — including video game access, keys, licenses, and GameStock Coin (Virtual Currency) — all sales are final once a Digital Product has been delivered or a Virtual Currency purchase has been completed. We do not offer exchanges, and Digital Products/Virtual Currency cannot be returned once accessed, redeemed, or revealed.
Limited Partial Refund
At our sole discretion, GameStock may issue a partial refund of up to 30% of the original purchase price for eligible requests. Refund requests are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.
To be considered, a refund request must:
- Be submitted within [1 days — 7 days] of purchase
- Include your order number and a description of the issue

Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund, partial or otherwise, will be issued if:
- The game key, code, or access credential has already been redeemed or activated
- The Virtual Currency has already been spent or used
- The request is based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incompatibility with a device/platform you failed to verify before purchase
- The account associated with the purchase was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- More than [7 days] have passed since the purchase date
Fraud & Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered Digital Product or Virtual Currency purchase is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance or products, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.
